Each share may contain a mixture of beef cuts, bones, fat and edible offal. Every animal is different, so the exact cuts, proportions and quantities may vary between shares.

The available cuts and edible parts are distributed across orders on each processing day. A particular cut or part cannot be guaranteed in every individual share.
